The Business success coaching online monthly Membership
By purchasing and entering your credit card information you (client) agree to be provided with products, programs, and/or services by Elizabeth Laurenzana acting on behalf of BOSSLADY EMPIRE ACADEMY for the Business success individual membership you legally agree with the following terms and conditions of the company.
I elizabeth Laurenzana agree to provide services in accordance with the Business success membership framework provided.
As the coach, I reserve the right to substitute the services equal to or comparable to the membership if reasonably required to help and provide to help scale your NWM business based on my own knowledge, skills, and expertise.
As _______ (“the client”) you agree to regularly open, present and prepare yourself to complete the work provided inside of this membership failure to do so can result in your own lack of success and knowledge.
As the client, you are responsible for implementation.
The content provided inside of this membership is only for one’s use upon monthly purchase.
It may not be downloaded with the intention of duplication and/or distribution to anyone else other than yourself “the buyer”
You may not share any log-in information and/or details. This membership is strictly for your own use, no other programs, memberships, representatives, and/or third parties.
Elizabeth, the coach maintains all of the copyright documents provided within this membership; and/or any videos and recordings may also not be downloaded for intended distribution, repurposing in any other platform, and/or for her own lack of judgment.
As the coach, I reserve the right to remove any client from the program at any given time for any reason without providing a refund - if you are caught violating any terms and conditions written in this contract and are subject to law enforces.
The membership will also continue to drip content (1-2 modules) every two weeks but is subject to change depending on the coach’s set schedule, modifications, and alterations.
The coach may provide information inside of this membership from third parties as other valuable resources so that its members benefit from additional content/information. However, she is not responsible and liable for the services, recommendations provided by the third-party coaches, and/or resources such as google, youtube, etc…
Any testimonials, earnings, and or examples are shown on the website, landing page, and/or other advertisements and/or promotions are only of what is possible for the client there no assurance and guarantee to the client.
Elizabeth has the right to be out of the office and will give notice in advance. There will be no refunds for missed office hours/days.
Elizabeth may take 24-48 hours ( business days) to respond.
Methodology
As the client ________ I agree to be open-minded to what the NWM model can provide for my business. I also agree, to implement and/or take into full consideration any coaching methods proposed by Elizabeth.
I understand that Elizabeth Laurenzana has made no guarantees as to the outcome of this membership and that I am 100% full responsibility for my own success
I understand that Elizabeth Laurenzana may revise her methods, modules, content, structure, framework as part of the membership based on the clients/members’ needs.
DISCLAIMER
By participating in this membership I acknowledge that Elizabeth Laurenzana (“the coach”) is not a medical doctor, psychologist, therapist, attorney, financial advisor and that her services and coaches do not replace the care of other professionals. The information provided is also not professional advice and is only of her own knowledge and experience throughout her constructive years of business.
I understand that “her ways” may not be subject to mine depending on my coaching needs, my stage in business, and my willingness to be coached. However, I agree to implement, alternate and pivot the information provided inside of this membership in hopes to in some way scale my business and/or increase my knowledge.
I understand as the client that Elizabeth Laurenzana is not responsible for any adverse effects and/or consequences that may result in my business and that I am responsible for making my own decisions based on my business model and business stage.
Payments and refund policy
Upon agreement of this membership, the client agrees to pay Elizabeth Laurenzana a monthly Sale fee of __$47.00___ per month unless otherwise provided with an offer and/or promotion
This will be provided via email for your own reference.
The monthly membership quote is subject to change from time to time but the initial purchase locks in the price

This membership has a NO refund policy due to the continuous content and information provided and its coaching framework. Upon entrance, the client is immediately provided with value.
This membership cancellation must be made 7-10 business days by emailing [email protected] and can be canceled at any time. If you cancel after a scheduled payment you’ll have access to the membership before the next payment is “due” but the charge will not renew again upon cancellation.
Upon canceling this membership you will be charged a re-entrance fee of $250.00
For the monthly payments, you agree to pay the monthly fee with the service provider “stripe” according to the payment schedule based on your initial subscription date with defers from other members. Upon changing the service provider for the monthly recurrence you will be notified via email. Please reach out with any additional questions if needed prior to your next recurring payment period to avoid any miscommunication and/or questions.
As the client, you acknowledge that you will be providing your credit card information or payment method for automatic withdrawal chosen by you “the client”
In the event that the client fails to make payment during the time enrolled inside of the membership, the coach Elizabeth Laurenzana has the right to cancel the subscription immediately. Therefore, also without notice to the client and terminate this agreement.
RELEASE
The company may take photographs, videos, audio recordings, written statements during the membership for commercial or non-commercial use purposes. This includes social media and online forums. You the client are consenting to be photographed or recorded upon signing this agreement
GOOD FAITH
Each party represents “good faith” and agrees to act and continue to act so, in negotiation, execution, delivery, performance, and any termination of this agreement.
***This agreement contains all terms and conditions between both parties and is understood and accepted upon joining The Business Success Membership.
